I rarely write reviews, of any type, but I am so happy to write this one. If you are contemplating either selling or buying a home, call Connie Malkiewicz, without delay or hesitation. She is THE BEST.When the time came to sell the house that our Mother called aEURoehomeaEUR? for 49 years, we reached out to Connie Malkiewicz. We had been acquainted with her for many years and knew her to be a person of integrity and ethics, in whom we had complete trust. She is a very energetic, positive person, with a heart to serve others. Such a winning combination.She has vast knowledgable of the market in our area and gave us, spot on, guidance from the start. It took us quite a while to empty out and then completely renovate the home. She was supportive, patient and respectful during this time, as we were somewhat emotional about selling the house that we grew up in. We kept her updated throughout renovation project and when the house was ready, she and her talented team, jumped into action. With beautiful photos of a perfectly staged home, the listing went live. Her marketing expertise brought dozens of fellow realtors and potential buyers into the house and within 5 days, we had multiple solid offers, over asking price!!! The paperwork can be overwhelming. Connie and her team made the whole process as fluid and streamlined as possible. Communication was great and they were very quick to respond to any inquiries that we had. Let me start this by saying that I am not your typical client. Connie knew she would have a challenge on her hands with what we were looking to do. My husband and I had a house to sell and then to purchase a new place. We had several bumps in the road with the sale of our house as the market was changing during the time that we listed. Connie and her team pulled resources from all directions to make sure that we had showings and open houses every week and weekend! I cant say enough about both Connie and Simone being accessible to us whenever we needed them! After the house was sold then we moved onto searching for a new place to call Home. This too was no easy task as my husband and I had two very different ideas of the types of property that we were interested in. He wanted move-in-ready and I wanted as much acreage as possible regardless of the homes condition. Poor Connie and Simone spent months driving us to property after property and to no avail. Throughout all the ups and downs they stuck with it and continued to search out listings (even off-market properties). In the end we purchased an amazing home/property and we both couldnt be happier. Connie is awesome. We had the pleasure of both buying and selling with her and could not have asked for a better realtor. She toured our house and made a list of things she thought could help us sell, she even brought us a small table with chairs to stage our patio area.Once we were ready to list we were on the market for 10 days when we got our first offer, unfortunately it fell though 4 days before closing. Before calling us with the bad news Connie called two other realtors who she knew had clients that were interested in our house. The next day we were back in escrow with new buyers and a better offer. Connie provided us with tons of listings and went out of her way to accommodate our schedules to view properties. When we did put in an offer there were multiple offers already and her professionalism and willingness to go the extra mile made all the difference.
